According to survey data about NY-based manufacturers collected by the Federal Reserve, the seasonally adjusted diffusion index for prices received (share of CEOs seeing a recent increase minus share reporting a decrease) was 19.8 in December 2025, versus 24.0 in the previous month.
Sample. In the monthly time series shown in the figure, there are 294 observations. The time span covered by the series extends from July 2001 to December 2025.
